Refund policy

 

Refunds, Cancellations & Exchanges:

All of our items are custom-made to order, therefore, we do not accept refunds, cancellations, or exchanges. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to discuss possible resolutions.

Damaged Items:

If your item arrives damaged, we will gladly send a replacement at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, including photos of the damage, and your order number.

 

Sizing Issues:

As all items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes. Please refer to our size charts and measure carefully before placing your order.

Lost Packages:

Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost packages. If your package has not moved for several days or appears to be lost, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. If you need to repurchase the lost item, contact us and we will provide a 10% discount on your reorder.
